The arrival of Beaky

We were kindly donated 6 eggs 21 days ago, each day we have been looking after them in an incubator making sure that they are turned regularly. On the 21st day an egg started to crack and within 24 hours Beaky hatched.

Sadly this was the only fertile egg, however, we have now been given 3 more eggs so hopefully within the next 2 weeks we should have 3 more chicks - we will keep you posted.
