Jubilee Party Day 6th June 2012

Attention all children who usually attend nursery on a Wednesday! Next Wednesday, 8th June, we would like to invite you to our Jubilee party. We have a fun day of activities planned and please come dressed in red, white & blue party clothes - there will be prizes in our 'best dressed' competition. Hope to see all our Wednesday children at the celebration!

*UPDATE* Just to clear up any confusion about the Jubilee party day, it is only for children who currently attend on a Wednesday. Sorry for any disappointment this may cause.

Jubilee Bank Holiday

Just a reminder to all our parents that the nursery school will be closed on Monday 4th & Tuesday 5th June 2012, so our staff (and children) can celebrate the Queen's Jubilee. Have a lovely long weekend wherever you may be!

Suncream Reminder

HOT, HOT HOT!

Whilst our british weather is usually rainy, at the moment we are experiencing some beautiful weather. Whilst this is lovely as it enables us to spend more time outdoors we are also very concious of the children's sun safety. In helping us to achieve this we would ask that sun cream is applied prior to arriving at nursery and that they bring a hat to wear whilst outside. If their suncream could then be put in their bag then we can reapply it when neccessary.

Monday 14th & Tuesday 15th May The Big Hearted Bake

Just a reminder that we are having a bake sale this coming Monday & Tuesday in aid of the Little Hearts Matter charity. This charity is for children who are born with half a working heart and is very close to our hearts. Any contribution, no matter how big or small, would be greatly appreciated. *UPDATE* A huge thank you to everyone who baked and bought cakes & treats for our big hearted bake - we raised £300 for this very worthwhile charity. I hope we didn't add too many inches to your waistline!
