Arrival of the Olympic Torch at the Queen of Hearts!

We had a special visitor on Friday afternoon in the shape of Mr Des Barber from Corby Radio and also one of Corby's Olympic torch bearers. Des kindly came into talk to the children in the afternoon all about his experiences and gave the children an opportunity to bombard him with questions!

Pink Day & Cake Sale Tuesday 10th July 2012

Members of staff, Amy White, Bev Coe, Louisa Murphy & Christie Wright are taking part in the 'Race for Life' later on this month. In support of them, we are holding a PINK DAY on Tuesday 10th July and combing this with a cake sale on both the younger and older sides of the nursery. Pink items of clothing, pink cakes, pink accessories or even pink hair are all permitted! All proceeds will be donated to Cancer Research.
