Our new visitors have been having a 'cracking' time!

 Our eggs have been cracking over the last few weeks and we have had some lovely new additions to the Queen of Hearts team!  We have had two new chicks on the big side and three chicks on the little side.

Summer has arrived!

Please remember to apply suncream to your children before you bring them to nursery.  We do have limited supplies here (children's Nivea factor 50 for sensitive skin) but please let us know if your child has any allergies that we don't already know about.

Bank Holiday

Due to the bank holiday the nursery will be closed on Monday 6th May.  Enjoy your long weekend!

Past Pupil News!

A big hello to Daniel & Megan Bowen who attended the Queen of Hearts in 1996/97.  Mr & Mrs Bowen were recently driving down the Al and asked their son if he remembered anything about living in Kettering when they passed a road sign.  He replied, "The Queen of Hearts!"  Daniel is now studying medicine at Cambridge University after gaining A*, A* & A in his A levels.  His sister, Megan, is currently in year 12 and is working very hard for her A levels and is predicted 4 A's in her AS subjects.  We would like to share Mr & Mrs Bowen's kind words with you:

"There is no doubt in our minds that their time and experiences at Queen of Hearts helped to contribute to put them on the right path to their academic successes and we would like to thank you for this."

Look at My Cress!

A big thank you to mum, Hayley, for sending in this fantastic picture of Aaron, proudly presenting his cress that he has nurtured at home.  I hope everyone else's has grown as well!

Easter Bank Holidays

Just a reminder that the nursery will be closed on Good Friday - 29th March & Easter Monday - 1st April 2013.  We would like to wish all our children, parents and grandparents a very happy and peaceful Easter.  We hope the Easter Bunny is good to you all!

Red Nose Day 2013

And the grand total raised by our bake sale and donations is....£170.00!  Thank you to everyone who donated for this very worth while cause.  Some of our older children wanted to pose by the cakes for a picture so we thought we'd share these with you...(please click on a picture to enlarge)...
